Return policy
We are convinced that you will be satisfied with our top quality cork products and we will endeavour to produce all items without imperfections.
If you wish to return any items, please contact us as soon as possible.
Returns are accepted within 15 days and all items must be unpacked and in perfect condition as received. The customer will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We cannot accept returns of items that have been used, damaged or are out of their original packaging.
Items returned without prior authorisation or without passing inspection may not be accepted, so please inform us first.
